* no re-map or ECU when fitting up the WINGS exhaust. The WINGS exhaust is about half the weight, much cooler, better sound and look. The ECU or re-map is only required when opening up the intake like with a freer flowing air filter. The COOBER ECU also improves bottom end and midrange throttle response and fueling because that's where the gov't restrictions hurt engines the most. That's the same story regardless of running the stock exhaust, WINGS bolt-on, or WINGS + intake mods.
